Hellmanns Hot-Express service provides a door-to-door expedited service for virtually any weight and size of shipment to cities throughout Asia, Europe and America. All shipments receive priority customs clearance and express handling at their respective destinations, with competitive, all-inclusive rates.

All shipment data is transferred via global communication links, which combined with the high level of system security, ensures that information is delivered promptly and to be the correct recipient. That recipient could be you.

Due to the varying requirements of tracking and tracing, Hellmann Hong Worldwide Logistics have developed, in-house, various flexible solutions, some of which are listed below.

POTrac - a tracking and tracing solution, enabling the monitoring of shipments from the points of purchase order placement, through to delivery at the receiving warehouse.

This module is an in-depth database system, which is capable of storing all information contained in purchase order. For example, a purchase order is made up of various levels of information, from the purchase order number, through to finite details such as item number, stock number, article number, offering the possibility of numerous search methods. Standard reports are also available.

hell*WEB - a tracking and tracing solution, enabling the monitering of shipments from the point of shipment and document receipt.

Upon completion of shipping documents, limited purchase order data is automatically transferred to the Hellmann Worldwide Logistics Internet Web Site, enabling authorized users to "browse" and track and trace their own shipments.

hell*EDI - a tracking and tracing solution that enables the transfer of data in various industry standards, EDIFACT / ANSI X 12 / ASCII being some examples, data that can be then imported, or uploaded into the customers own tracking and tracing system.

Each solution is tailor made to customer specific requirements and Hellmann Hong Kong will undertake software development to suit customer requirements.
