LHBw Bekleidungsgesellschaft is a joint venture of the federal government, Lion Apparel, and Hellmann Worldwide Logistics founded in 2002. It manages the supply chain of the clothing of the Bundeswehr. This includes the procurement, storage, distribution, return, and reprocessing, and recycling of articles of clothing and equipment. The headquarters of the company is in Cologne and it employs 1600 employees.
