In order to ensure that the seminar is a success we will send you a questionnaire with your registration confirmation entitled What do you expect from your seminar? Your responses will be used to fine-tune the training programme. When the seminar has finished we will then ask you to evaluate it so that we can measure the actual success of the event. If you want we can send you detailed information about all the seminars.
Our general conditions of business
Our registration deadline is six weeks before the start of the seminar. Cancellation is possible in writing up to four weeks before the start of the seminar without incurring a charge. Cancellations made after this will incur the full fee because of the administration costs involved.
If attendant numbers are too low we reserve the right to cancel dates, or to postpone events after consulting you.
Fees
Seminar fees are due as soon as you receive the invoice. They include documentation and daytime food consisting of drinks in the breaks, biscuits, fruit and a midday meal. The seminar price is reduced for groups of 10 or more who register together. Our academy rooms cost € 25 per person per day, and € 15 per person per day for food consisting of drinks, biscuits, fruit and a midday meal.
Overnight accommodation
We can organise the necessary accommodation at good rates in our Academy Hotel, or in the hotel of your choice. We book the rooms, you pay the hotel directly.
