The basis for our social responsibility is outlined in the SA 8000 (Standard of Social Accountability), which we put in the center while establishing our global services. Recognizing the human rights and avoiding all kinds of discriminations are as essential as the exclusion of child work, race discrimination and the freedom of religion. We orientate us on the international standard OHSAS 18001 (Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series). It is the goal, to increase the health and security of our employees and to increase the awareness and culture of security. Within our responsibility and liability for healthcare we particularly look at dangers for health and security posed by alcohol and drug usage. Besides the prohibition of alcohol and drugs in general we offer help to the involved persons. We consider it a prime obligation to provide our services on the principles of sustainability based on the changing attitude of dealing with natural resources. We are basing this on the core statements of sustainability that future generations will still find sufficient resources to ensure their economical and social quality of life.
