As one of the training course facilitators recognized by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce, we carry out the following training courses:

• basic or advanced training courses for EU safety representatives (hazardous goods representatives) (general safety and road safety)
• driver training courses:

Appointment as operational representative for waste management

Appointment of operational representative for waste management Due to the continuously changing legal situation, the producer of commercial waste is always confronted with new legal challenges. In addition, there is economic pressure to lower the costs for the disposal of operational waste as much as possible. In order to attain this goal, and to uncover savings potential with respect to resources and procedures, we support you as external specialists with our experience and knowledge. As an independent external waste consultant we offer:

the analysis of your internal operational waste system in order to track down potential non-compliance and to point out appropriate disposal methods, as well as to work out a new waste management system;

checking the operations premises for conversion to the new waste management system;

monitoring adherence to stipulations of the life-cycle management system and waste law as well as the legal regulations issued that are based on this law;

consultation in characterizing and classifying waste as well as in determining the path of disposal;

consultation with and explanation to company employees regarding legal waste questions;

consultation and checking of waste-related work processes (accident instruction forms, waste dispatch notes, proof of disposal, proof booklets, etc.);

checking internal procedures of the monitoring representatives and, in particular, of waste monitoring representatives;

drawing up and updating your operational waste financial statements and waste management concepts (in accordance with §§ 19, section 1 and § 20, section 1 KrW-/AbfG);

consultation in developing an environmental management system including the new waste management system;

annual report for the business operator; In accordance with § 4 of the Food Hygiene Order, we also offer you the following services:

regular checking of adherence to the hygiene regulations on the business premises;
